MeritKing Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to MeritKing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and MeritKing ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the meritking platform — including the website, mobile app, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use meritking. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — desktop, mobile browser, or the meritking app.

2 Eligibility

To use MeritKing, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on meritking. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on meritking are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). MeritKing supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform at this time.

Deposits are typically credited to your meritking account within a few minutes of confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact the meritking support team with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the meritking cashier page.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• MeritKing does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
• MeritKing reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC checks.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on meritking are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that event or game type.

Once a bet is confirmed on meritking, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet, unless the bet was placed in error due to a system fault or obvious pricing mistake.

• MeritKing reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started, unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, meritking's specific sport rules will determine how affected bets are settled.

• MeritKing may limit or restrict betting on specific markets for individual accounts at its discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

MeritKing offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your meritking account and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
